Thirty passwords per employee is a lottery. Keycloak leaves you one
Count the work systems one employee uses: email, CRM, files, messenger, accounting, helpdesk. Each has its own password. People inevitably fall back to simple, reused passwords — and that is exactly how most companies get breached. The second problem is offboarding: access has to be closed in every system separately, and one always gets forgotten.
Keycloak solves both. It is a single sign-on (SSO) system: an employee logs in once — with a strong password and a code on their phone — and gets access to every work service at once. When someone leaves, the administrator disables one account and every access closes instantly.
Keycloak is open source and one of the most widely used products of its class in the world. We connect your services to it, set up two-factor authentication and link it to your existing staff directory.
